How long do I get in the sauna?

All sessions are 45 minutes.

How do I make the most out of my sauna session?
​
We suggest 10 minutes in the sauna and 5 minutes out, repeated 3 times, finishing with a refreshing cold shower.

What do I wear?
​
Swimwear/swimsuit.
​
What do I need to bring?
​
Bring a towel to sit on, flip flops/sliders and water.

What types of sauna is on offer?

We offer a social sauna, a ladies only sauna and a private sauna with exciting plans for the future.

Is there changing facilities?

Yes there is a changing room and an area for your belongings.

Is there a cold option to go with the sauna?
​
Yes there is an outdoor cold shower.

Can I book a private session for a group?
​
Yes, please send a message privately to arrange a suitable slot.

Is the sauna suitable for everyone?
​
If you are on any medications or have an illness please consult with your doctor before visiting.

Is there a cancellation policy?
​
Yes, cancel outside of 48 hours and you receive a full refund however cancel within this time your session and payment is forfeit.
